Micaela welcomes you to Relais Alberti, a historic residence preserving the charm and elegance of Venetian nobility.
Here, among rooms furnished with period furniture and luxurious fabrics, you can enjoy a unique stay, enriched by discovering the ancient village of Malamocco and the wonders of Venice.
An expert in hospitality and passionate about cooking, Micaela will guide you through lessons dedicated to Venetian and Italian recipes, using fresh, local ingredients to bring home not just memories, but a true piece of Venetian culture.
“I took my first steps in the kitchen at our family guesthouse with my grandmother, who passed down Venetian and Roman recipes. From my mother, I inherited a passion for pastries and complex preparations. For me, cooking is a way of expressing myself: I hope to share my love for the lagoon with those who choose to cook with me.”

Cooking Week
A full week dedicated to the flavors and traditions of the Venetian lagoon.
Each season offers unique experiences: in spring, the scents of the sea and garden; in summer, the abundance of fresh lagoon produce; in autumn, seasonal ingredients telling the story of land and water; in winter, the warmest and most comforting traditional dishes.
Days alternate between cooking lessons, visits to local markets, excursions, and convivial moments. Not just courses, but authentic experiences to live Venice deeply and surprisingly: from discovering hidden places to participating in the daily rituals of lagoon life, culminating in the pleasure of gathering around the table to savor what has been prepared.
